Luther and Hazel Brown Counselor Education Memorial Scholarship

This counseling scholarship is for Graduate Students pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselor Education. The student must have a minimum of 3.00 cumulative GPA, have financial need, and be a native Arkansan. They must also have been admitted into the Counselor Education Program.
